No Refunds After Credit Usage

Once you have used any credits from your subscription, no refunds will be issued. Credits are consumed when you generate videos, images, or use any AI-powered features.

Please ensure you understand our service and test it appropriately before making a purchase. By subscribing, you acknowledge that credit usage is final and non-refundable.

We offer a credit-based system for video generation, image creation, AI editing, and professional packshots. Each feature consumes a predetermined amount of credits based on complexity and resource usage. All credit transactions are final.

User Liability for Generated Content

You are fully responsible and liable for all content you generate using VisionStudio.

This responsibility includes, but is not limited to:

•Legal Compliance: Ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
•Intellectual Property: Respecting trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights
•Content Standards: Avoiding the creation of harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
•Third-Party Rights: Obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party materials used in your prompts

GridBite provides tools for content creation, but we are not responsible for how you use these tools or the content you produce. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GridBite, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your generated content or use of our service.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We take legal compliance and public safety seriously. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities when presented with valid legal requests.

This cooperation may include, but is not limited to:

•Providing user information and account details in response to subpoenas or court orders
•Disclosing generated content and usage data as required by law
•Assisting in investigations or legal proceedings when legally obligated
•Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities when necessary

We will comply with all lawful demands and may disclose information without prior notice to you if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of others.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use GridBite to create or distribute content that:

✗Violates any laws or regulations

✗Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive

✗Infringes intellectual property rights

✗Harasses, threatens, or harms others

✗Contains hate speech or discrimination

✗Promotes illegal activities or violence

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we believe your use of the service poses a risk to others or our platform. Termination may result in loss of access to your account and forfeiture of unused credits.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, GridBite is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
